We are happy to accept returns for unused items within a specific time frame.
If you received an item in faulty condition, you have the right to return these goods and request a replacement or exchange for another item in an alternate size or colour and would be issued a specific store code to shop for this new item.
To be applicable for this;
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with the original labels still intact.
Finland Returns
Simply email us for the return address at heybeautycollections@gmail.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).
International Returns
For International returns you will need to pay for your return, you can find out the postage price in the portal or you will be asked to download a returns label and pay for postage at your local post office. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.
You've got 28 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.
If you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition please head over to our Contact Us section so we can get this fixed for you.
For exchanges, please follow the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
